How to reflect deduction for 529 Distribution

Where do I record the deduction (for room and board - education expense) for the taxable portion of the 529 plan distribution? TT won't allow me to enter any amount from the 1098-T because income is too high.

Turbo Tax will let you complete the input for a 1098 T. At the screen "You Can't Claim Tuition and Other Fees" select Continue. You will be prompted to enter your education expenses. Room and Board expenses can be entered in "Other Education Expenses ", that can be found at the "Here's Your Education Summary" screen.

To get to the "Here's Your Education Summary" you have to go through all of the data entry screens for a 1098 T.
