When filing a DR-405 or F-1120A, do I attach a copy of my 1120s? I ask because a copy of my 1120S printed out when printing the DR-405 and F-1120A form.

Since when printing to file my DR-405 and F-1120A forms, a copy of my 1120S printed, I am not sure what form (dr-405 or F-1120a) I send the copy of 1120S with when filing.

Yes, you would include a Federal 1120-S with your F+1120A, but not with your DR-405.

Required Attachments Attach a copy of the actual federal income tax return filed with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). You must also attach copies of federal Forms 4562, 851 (or Florida Form F-851), 1122, 1125-A, Schedule D, Schedule M-3, and any supporting details for Schedules M-1 and M-2.
