Hello,
I am catching up with some unfiled taxes.
This year, I have completed other previous years with the corresponding TT (H&B) year on the same Quicken file with no issues. I just tried doing the same with TurboTax H&B 2023, and I am getting the same import error (There seems to be some issue...) as others. Trying to import using the TXF file format is also generating an error. I have used TT and Quicken for over ten years and never had this issue. I have not found a solution in the Community section, and when I called Quicken support, the service rep was condescending and uninterested, immediately telling me to call Quicken.
I need a solution ASAP

That is definitely not right but then Intuit no longer has any relationship with Quicken as the latter is now owned by Rocket Companies Inc.
Frankly, and you're not going to want to hear this, if you want support for TurboTax import in the future, you might want to consider moving to QuickBooks.
I have tried all the obvious and suggested solutions online and through Quicken support. TT support was useless. Other people have reported the same problem, but I have not found the solution anywhere yet.

That is precisely my rationale for switching to QuickBooks. At least you'll most likely get the proper support.
Posts about importing Quicken not working, one said it worked after updating Turbo Tax

Thanks for the reply. I have already tried all these options. I am very familiar with both products, which I have used for over 10 years.
Same issue now for TurboTax 2024 ... here we go again.
