Turbotax Advantage - not seeing "free" Audit Defense"

At conclusion of filing taxes I joined "Turbotax Advantage".

A few days later I received an email saying I should I sign up for my free "Audit Defense" benefit.

I followed the directions (going back to the TurboTax page) and the "submit your credit card page" was still required even though the directions say "You are not required to enter a credit card number".

So I stopped. Can someone guide me thru a signup that does not require a credit card? Yes, I was signed in to Intuit. ...

I did that and spent hours on the phone with two different representatives neither of whom could provide a resolution. Apparently the offer from Turbo Tax Advantage was not sincere.
