Last year's Schedule C information is not copied to this year

Why are our 2020 tax year schedule C self employment income details missing from 2021 tax return? I've never had to re-enter everything from scratch in previous years.

Are you using the Desktop or online version?  What did you use last year?  You might be in the wrong account or transferred from the wrong 2020 file.

Maybe last year you marked the Schedule C as FINAL in Turbo Tax?

Thanks for your reply.

I am using the online version of TurboTax, that's the only version I've ever used ( this is our 8th year )

My W2 details (employer etc. ) was transferred, but my wife's Schedule C information was not.

We have only ever had one TurboTax account.

I did not mark last year's Schedule C as Final - my wife's business is a going concern and has been for the last 18 years or so.
