Line 9 = Line 6 / Line 5c = 1218 / 1632 = 74.63%
The form shows 31.10 percent which results in inaccurate tax calculations.

After the percent of business use is calculated based on the miles entered, if the vehicle was not used for 12 months of the year, then there is an additional calculation to account for the months of business use. Based on your entry in line 10b, the vehicle was used for business purposes for 5 months so there is an additional calculation to be made.
The information below is from the TurboTax help content with regard to calculating line 9:
Line 9: Percentage of business use
The program divides lines 6 by line 5c (then multiplies the result by line 10b divided by 12 months, if line 10b has an entry).
Thank you, that makes perfect sense.
Yes, the calculation to multiply by 10b then decide by 12 wasn't clear and made the business use percentage appear incorrect.
So how did you correct this error? It will not let me e-file due to this glitch. I did not own the vehicle the first 6 months of the year thus a zero there for mileage but it keeps flagging me to correct it. Need a little help over here!
Revisit your Sch C input to see what date you indicated you start your business. Also, review the entry for the vehicle to make sure you enter the date correctly.
If all of your input is correct, then a workaround is to show 1 mile in the 1st 6 months. This should allow you to e-file.
It didn't work. Seems all my dates are correct. Purchased the work truck on 10/3/2022. No mileage for the first 6 months. It keeps telling me that the business mileage for the first six months should be 0. Duh! A zero is in the box. I typed an explanation in the provided box and have tried all different options. I may just have to print and file by mail. All the other work trucks that we owned for the whole year worked fine.
One more thing.... Is this the only Turbo Tax support or is there a phone number or another way to get help?
Have you tried leaving the mileage blank instead of entering zero? You could also delete the entry for that vehicle and re-enter.
If your vehicle is on Schedule C, below are the steps to delete using "Tools"
To delete your business vehicle in TurboTax Online:

If this does not work, please see the link below on how to contact Live Help.
My token number is 1123470. Let me know how to fix this glitch please.
This solution is specific for user @Earlybird2008 (unless you also added Supporting Details for a blank field).
Go to Forms Mode & open the Car & Truck Wks for this vehicle. Remove the Supporting Details from Line 6a and leave the line blank. TurboTax expects a valid entry when you have supporting details.
To remove Supporting Details:
