Have you tried leaving the mileage blank instead of entering zero? You could also delete the entry for that vehicle and re-enter.
If your vehicle is on Schedule C, below are the steps to delete using "Tools"
To delete your business vehicle in TurboTax Online:
- Go to "My Account" in the top right corner.
- Select "Tools"
- Under "Tools Center" select "Delete a Form"
- Navigate to " "Schedule C (Your Job) -- Car & Truck Expenses Worksheet (Your Vehicle)" and select "Delete" next to it.
