is form 8910 available? How do I get to it?

Form 8910, Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit is only available using the TurboTax Business Edition. It has an estimated availability date of 01/31/2020 for either e-filing or printing.

The TurboTax Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online. The Business Edition cannot complete a personal tax return, Form 1040.

Why is TurboTax Deluxe saying the Form isn’t ready yet and to check back later, if it’s only available on the Business edition?

Why is Form 8910 not available on TurboTax, but are available for efile on other sites, i.e. H&RBlock? Is there any chance it will be made available prior to March 31, 2022?

There is a chance Form 8910 will be available before March 31 @ph22, but usually forms are available on that listed date, or they get pushed back.

The expected dates are estimates. Often they depend on the IRS approving a form, so TurboTax does not always have control over the timing.

The IRS approves forms from tax software providers individually and every company's software code is not the same, so the IRS has to look at each one, which is why some forms may be available elsewhere, but not on TurboTax.
