If you downloaded the PDF of the 2018 return from the Tax Home website and it is incomplete then use Print Center and the option for all worksheets.
Schedule 2 would be included if you had tax data that required Schedule 2 - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040s2.pdf
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
On Form 1040 line 11b there is a box that is checked if Schedule 2 is included in your tax return. If that box is not checked, Schedule 2 is not used and would not be included in your PDF.
Schedule 2 is used only if you have Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) or repayment of excess advance premium tax credit. If you don't have either of those, Schedule 2 is not included in your tax return.
If you have AMT you would have Form 6251 in your return. If you have excess advance premium tax credit you would have Form 8962 in your return. If neither of those forms is included in your return, then Schedule 2 is not included either.
Why do you need schedule 2? Are you maybe filling out Fafsa? If you don't have schedule 2 there is nothing to subtract from line 13.
