I BOUGHT TURBO TAX AND WHEN I TRIED TO INSTALL IT, PER INSTRUCTIONS, I NEVER GOT THE PLACE TO ENTER THE IDENDIFICATION CODE ON THE TURBO TAX BOX I BOUGHT. I ENTERED MY ACCOUNT INFO FOR MY TURBO TAX ACCOUNT AND IT TOOK ME TO START MY TAX PROCESS. I WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND HOPED I WOULD THEN BE ABLE TO ENTER MY INDETIFICATION CODE AT THE END, BUT I COULD NOT. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO PAY. I TRIED TO START OVER, BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO ENTER MY TURBO TAX CODE. SO I NEED HELP TO ENTER WHAT I PAID FOR ALREADY AND NOT HAVE TO PAY AGAIN.
If you were able to complete your return, the license code must already be associated with your account. Are you saying it is asking you to pay again?
