You can preview the 1040 and Schedules 1-6 prior to paying, but you can't print the actual forms until you pay. We can tell you how to pay in advance if you want full printing privilege. Here's how to preview:
Open your return if not already open ("take me to my return").
In the left menu column click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.
In the Tools window choose "View Tax Summary."
At the Tax Summary screen, go back to the left menu column and click "Preview Form 1040".
That will bring up the 1040 Worksheet and the Schedules 1-6.

No you cannot print a copy of your tax return until you have paid your TurboTax fees. Otherwise there would be dishonest people who would use the software to prepare their complex tax returns and then print and file them by mail without ever paying.
