Form 8938

I am stuck in a loop.  I have filled out a 1099-INT for my foreign interest. I have filled out all of the information in Form 8938, but it does not link the two together.  It asks:

"This may be easier if you first complete your return and print a preview copy. Then you can return to this section and use your preview copy for guidance."

I have completed the return, but not submitted it.  Every time I run a review it flags this error, but as all the Schedules and forms cannot be seen from the interface, I am not able to complete the information.  I have no idea what Schedule & Line the 1099-INT is reported on.

Form 8938

Form 1099-INT, which reports interest income, is typically reported on Schedule B of Form 1040. The interest income is listed on Line 2 of Schedule B.
