Will I still get the advance

I was approved for the refund advance but then my state and federal got rejected due to interal error. I resubmitted my return and it got accepted. Will I still get the advance?

i was prequalified. for tax advance. I went through the process of opening the credit karma account, but credit karma said they cannot verify me
