I actually just want to view my 2019 Tax Return to get my AGI which is needed for my 2020 taxes I'm working on now. How can I get my AGI from 2019?
Please refer to the following help article to find your 2019 AGI.
How do I find last year’s AGI?

If your 2019 returns were prepared in Online TurboTax, log into your account and at the Tax Home scroll down and expand the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents". Choose tax year 2019, and then click "Download/print the PDF", or if you just need the 2019 AGI, choose "View adjusted gross income (AGI.)" If you can't find your 2019 return there, then you likely have multiple accounts. (NOTE: Any return prepared in desktop software--CD/download--will not be in a online account.) Many people end up with multiple accounts without realizing it. Here's how to troubleshoot for multiple accounts (User IDs) :
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.
To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the tool at the link below. When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first if you can still access it. After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number you can still access and email address(es) that you can access, here's another method:
Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
I need to print 2019 tax return
I need my AGI
See our FAQ on how you can obtain your Last year's AGI from your taxes filed with Turbo Tax.
See the instructions in our FAQ regarding how to access your previous years' tax returns filed with Turbo Tax. Once you click on download/print return (PDF), you can save it and/or print it.
This is crazy.....all we want to do is print our returns. Following turbotax's instructions dont work

This is a 4-page cluttered thread with various users and different situations. We don't know what specific instructions you refer to since we don't know the details of what you are doing. There's not "one size fits all." Perhaps my instructions are more specific than TurboTax's. But first we have to know what your situation is.
Did you prepare your 2019 return in Online TurboTax and now want to download/print it? If so, what and where is the roadblock when you try to print your 2019 return? Until you describe your situation, it will be hard for anyone to comment in a user community forum.
Or are you unable to find the account with your 2019 return?
Sorry, it's my 2020 tax return. I filed them on 4/15, got my refund deposited 4/19 from IRS. But cant print out my returns. Saved as instructed as PDF. The change seems to be the latest Windows upgrade. After that upgrade, a lot of things stopped working.......sigh....

So far you haven't said how you prepared your 2020 return. Did you use Online TurboTax (web version through a browser) or desktop software (CD/download) installed on your computer?
So you said you efiled on 4/15/21 and got your refund 4/19, which is today??? 4 days is incredibly fast. I would think that's not possible. Something doesn't sound right. Or did you mistype the dates? If you had a deposit 4 days after efiling, then the deposit sounds like it's for something else.
Also, if you have a PDF of your filed 2020 return, what is keeping you from printing from the PDF? What/where is the roadblock? Are you unable to open/view/print from the PDF?
Printing in Online TurboTax is vastly different than printing from the desktop software (CD/download), and I don't know which one you're using. I can tell you various ways to print once I understand what you're using.
print my 200 tax return

Are you using desktop software (CD/download) or Online TurboTax (web version?)
Are you printing to review prior to filing, printing to file by mail, or printing after a return has been efiled and accepted?
Used downloaded TurboTax on my Windows Laptop/desktop, like I have for 20+ years.
Dates are correct, no miss-type. Filed early AM 4/15 and had IRS deposit in my account for exact amount 4/19.
I have a PDF file of my tax return, but when I click on print, nothing happens. I can open the PDF, I can view the PDF, I can see the PDF on my laptop, but when clicking PRINT, nothing happens.
The only thing different is I had a Windows update on my laptop between 4/15 and 4/19.
So I am trying to print my PDF tax return after filing and being paid by IRS. I owe the State, and that payment hasn't happened yet.
Hope I answered all your questions!

Wow, that is fast. Normally it takes a few days longer in the best of circumstances. And your 4 days included a weekend. Yours must have arrived just under the wire for the next batch of ACH submissions.
Are you able to print other kinds of documents OK, like a text file or a Word doc?
Can you print other PDFs you have on your computer? Or is your PDF reader having a problem only with TurboTax PDFs? Did you test a 2019 TurboTax PDF?
After you saved the PDF file, what PDF viewer are you using to open and view it? Are you using Adobe Reader, another "brand" of PDF viewer, opening it in a browser window, or what?
You said "laptop/desktop". Have you tried printing the PDF from both of them? Can you print the PDF when it's on the desktop computer, but not from the laptop that had the Windows update?
Try printing from the Print Center this way:
If you can't print from that temporary PDF, then try this:
Or here's something else one might try in a pinch, but if you're not even getting a printer dialog box, then this won't help.
Of note: other print items print OK. I am just trying to print out my tax forms to have paper copies, to see what my expected estimated taxes might be, etc. PDF of my taxes will not print, even though I can see the PDF file clear as day.

I don't know the cause. If you can print pages of other PDFs you have, then that makes it more perplexing. Here are a couple of FAQs, including one on troubleshooting:
FAQ: How do I print a copy of my return in the TurboTax CD/Download software?
FAQ: Troubleshooting printing issues in the CD/download product:
You didn't answer my questions about what PDF reader you are using or whether you've tried to print the PDF using a browser. The most common reader is Adobe Reader, so I'll assume that's what you're using. .
You might go to the Adobe Reader forum and look through the Knowledge base/FAQs at the Adobe Reader website. For instance, see if there are other recent posts over there about having any issues after the latest Windows updates.
But in any case, I don't have much else to add, but it's possible other users who see this thread might add on to it. If you're unable to resolve your issue here in the user community forum, here's how to speak to someone at TurboTax Support in realtime so they can further question you and try to assist you as you attempt to print while they are on the line.
