First, you can verify your 2019 tax return was submitted. Please check your e-file status here -How do I check my e-file status? to see if your return was submitted. When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one states that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state or rejected your state return.

First, make sure you're using the same TurboTax account (with the same username) as in prior years. Otherwise, the below instructions won't work.
If you're signing in for the first time this year, we may ask you some questions before you get to the Tax Home screen where you can access your prior year returns.
If you need to find an account, our account recovery tool can help you find your User ID or password.

This answer is to a slightly different question of accessing previously filed taxes.
The help forum wont let me post directly on this question (there's no Reply button)
I noticed in 2023 that they hid the "Tax Home" that previously appeared on the left column.
After logging in hit the "Continue" button - as though you were about to file for the current year (trying to force you into filing with them again).
After pressing "Continue" you should see "Your tax returns & documents" near the bottom
