If it is not offering you the loan, then you are not eligible. No one in the user forum can see your information, we do not know why. Sorry.

Refund Advance eligibility
Here are some of the eligibility requirements to qualify for a Refund Advance loan:
Im having the same issue. I’ve looked at all the help options and so far nothing. Spoke with someone yesterday and they couldn’t figure out the problem either. I’ve been able to get an advance the past 3 years. She said that even if I’m not eligible it would still give you the option to apply so it didn’t make sense to her why it wasn’t showing up. The only thing she could suggest was clearing everything and starting over. I would prefer not to do that.
Exact same issue, I cleared it out and still no option, I meet all criteria and I have never not had the option, never been denied and the CK account is still active. I think Turbo tax needs to admit there's a glitch. Several people on FB have complained about this issue, how they had to switch to the free version of TT and mess with it to get the option. Please fix the issue.
Thanks, been a customer for almost 10 years.. why so Many issues?????
This will be my last year using TurboTax. There is a new problem every year. I’ve tried to be patient but customer service doesn’t seem to know the answer or is able to help so I don’t see any reason in staying. Unfortunate since I’ve been a customer for the past 8 years.
My final time chatting with a person, she stated I'd your tax credits are more than your income you won't qualify, I said I wish my credits were more lol could you imagine.. all the things they said weren't factual same taxes as last year, I made more money but only 5k more. So I think there's a income threshold that the employees don't know about, but the bank does. 🤔
If you currently have an active Credit Karma account, have you tried going through it to link to your TurboTax account?
From the Credit Karma site, under the More menu, you can click on Taxes to get started with filing your taxes on TurboTax.
By clicking the Taxes button, you can create or login to an Intuit account and link it to your Credit Karma account.
Here's more info on Linking TurboTax and Credit Karma.
Hi,
My TurboTax and Credit Karma are already linked, the issue is when I get to the part if paying, the next portion is to ask if I would like to take the tax advance, I don't get that option but it shows and says I will be using my credit karma debit card for direct deposit, it's missing a step, credit karma nor turbotax knows the answer so they are all just guessing, this is an issue for many people
Are you getting the option?
You have replied on at least 3 post giving the same information, and everyone tells you they meet all the criterias given from turbotax. It's okay to say, you don't know instead of saying the same generic response. Even turbotax does not know why people who would normally qualify and have all their documents as proof. Several if the workers have said, hmm idk why you don't have the option to even apply.
I've done that before I restarted my taxes, there has Ben 2 updates on the app and still nope. TT has lost me.
Nope
Well the only option for me was to create a new account and I had no problem getting my advance. Ridiculous.....clearly there is a problem on TurboTax's end.
