Yes, if your fees are showing paid that means your refund has been released by the IRS. For more information, please see Who provides Pay With My Refund?
You can check the status of your refund through the TPG website.
Mine said paid and turbo tax says they don't have my refund.
@Sdrew11 Have you checked the status of your refund through the TPG website? For more information, please see Who provides Pay With My Refund?
Yes,but wmr isn’t updating like at all, know people who have already got theirs that still isn’t reflecting with wmr
That’s not what a rep told me,they tried telling me it means the irs just accepted my refund, but my refund was accepted the 12th
According to the IRS Where's My Refund website, status updates are delayed for some. This does not mean your refund will be delayed.
The representative may have been referring to your return being accepted. After acceptance, your refund will be approved, then sent.
@MichelleLO So you said to another person that their refund was released by the IRS since the turbo tax order said completed & paid with refund transfer. Mine has been in that status for over a month now but yet i still have no refund? Santa Barbara Tpg says theyve recieved nothing. Wmr & irs acct & transcripts say my return is not processed yet or still being processed. So wheres my refund then?? I've used turbotax for 14 years, will not be anymore. It's very discouraging when there are different answers from different "experts" to the same questions being asked & when the place/website your using to collect your high fees hasnt been updated since 2017!
We apologize for the confusion. Having a "paid" status in TurboTax does not mean the IRS has released your refund. The payment complete status is a just an TurboTax system update and does not mean that the IRS has released your refund or that TurboTax fee has actually been paid from your refund.
