I am i have been filing with TurboTax for years an I use direct deposit to my bank card every year no changes an I didn't get my stimulus an when I input information it says its not what they have on file. TurboTax did something
@Princesshiggin - did you get a loan advance or have the fees subtracted from your refund? if so, then the IRS doesn't have your correct bank info. It's a long story of how these products work. suggest closely reading this article
Check the IRS website and update your bank information if necessary.
Be sure the "account number" is verified at the Greendot. com website; do not assume the card number is the account number - they may be two distinct numbers
AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return. Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

No advance an no fees. An i use my personal bank account every year.

If you had a 2019 federal tax refund and selected Direct Deposit, the bank routing and account number is sent with the e-filed federal tax return. Just as it always has been ever since e-filing began on federal tax returns over twenty years ago.
This is all we have for "Payment Status Not Available" posted on this IRS website -https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment-frequently-asked-questions#paymentnot
The Get My Payment application will return "Payment Status Not Available" for several reasons, including:
We update Get My Payment data once per day, overnight so there is no need to check more often. If you are eligible for a payment and have provided your information either through a recent tax return or the Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info Here application, please check back for updates.
Mine isn't saying that it says the payment information I am entering is wrong but I took the information right off my 2019 taxes that have been processed an returned. I was told TurboTax did something from irs representative

Did you request to have your 2019 TurboTax account fees deducted from the Federal Tax Refund? If so, then that would be an issue with the IRS not being able to verify your information.
@Princesshiggin - are you using line 8B on your 2019 return for your AGI; Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return when the website asks for your AGI and refund amount?
Yes but when I enter the information it says is wrong from what they have on file. I followed the lines someone suggest from my taxes an all
Yes I have went back an checked both lines multiple times an made sure all information was entered in correctly it still my information does not match their records
I filled my taxes in January, im still waiting on my federal. Now my stimulus check hasnt come yet either. It says it was deposited on the 15th on the irs site though...
@natalie89tucker - check your bank. the IRS will be sending a letter to you within 15 days explaining about the payment,
I checked with the IRS and they have completely different information on file than what I I submitted with turbotax for 2018 (2019) not done yet... getting runaround from both IRS and turbotax. IRS says I claimed ZERO deductions for myself and daughter even though I am HOH with a minor daughter. And therefore I am not elig for stimulus. I want to scream or vomit. I went on the IRS site where you can pull your transcripts and low and behold a BIG FAT 0 in deductions column. WTF TURBOTAX. I call live support and they can't do anything. I will NEVER use turbotax again.
@weyrisa The IRS can look at your 2018 or 2019 return to issue a stimulus check. If they do not have a 2018 return then you may be waiting for them to finish processing 2019 before they will be able to use it to issue your stimulus check.
If you used the non-filer site, you will not be able to e-file a 2019 return after using the non-filer site.
TurboTax has no control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it for you or tell you when the IRS will issue it. Refer to the sites linked below:
You can call the IRS hotline at 1-800-919-9835 to get updates on your stimulus payment.

you obviously didn't read my post, wish i could post pictures here. I didnt call turbotax to find out the status of my stimulus, I called the IRS. The IRS states that BECAUSE I CLAIMED ZERO DEDUCTIONS ON MY 2018 TAXES I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A STIMULUS CHECK...
So I called Turbotax to find out how this could happen, as 2018 was the first year using your software and I ALWAYS claim HOH w my daughter. NO ONE can tell me why the IRS has different information than what is on my return. 2017 and earlier shows my deductions, but 2018 has a big fat zero in that line.
I have my copy of my 2018 return from turbotax and my transcript from the irs for 2018 and neither side is helping me .
