There is no tracking information provided on the Turbo card website. They do say that it will take 5-10 business days for your card to arrive after it has been successfully registered. If it has been more than 10 days since you have registered the card, and you haven't received a personalized card, they ask that you report it on the Card Not Received page. You can also contact customer care at (888) 285-4169 if you have any questions. They do ask for certain account information for verification so be prepared to answer questions when you call.
That's not correct information. You can track your card. I just received an email from Turbo telling me that my refund advance was deposited on my Turbo Card and stated all the features the website and app have available and one feature it stated was 'track your card'.
**I could not find this information about tracking my card on the website but when i downloaded the app, under my current balance there is 'where's my card' . Unfortunately, every time I click it it takes me to the correct page but says ' error'😐
Have you spoke with them as far as getting the tracking number? Ive spoken to 6 different people and I have yet to get the same story. They all say different bs! They reported my card stolen without even acknowledging me. Some keep saying there is no card and some say that it’s on it’s way. No one can fluently speak English! I’m done and I feel like it’s fraudulent **bleep** going on!
Although there isn't a way for you to track your Turbo Card in the mail we do have a time frame in which you should receive it. After you’ve been approved for Refund Advance, we'll email you instructions to set up your Turbo Card account. Once your account is set up, you'll receive temporary account details you can use to spend your refund advance funds online. We'll also send you a physical Turbo Card in the mail. It should arrive within 7-10 business days.

You will be provided with instructions in an e-mail on how to set up your Turbo Card Account. If you received a Refund Advance last year, you will need to create a new account to see your Refund Advance funds for this year. You won't see the funds if you log in with the account you made last year.
Once your online account is set up, then you must wait for the IRS to accept the return you have e-filed to them. Within 48 hours of your return being accepted by the IRS, your advance funds will be deposited and available for spending online using a temporary card, while you wait for the physical card to arrive 5-10 business days after IRS acceptance.
The rest of your refund (minus any TurboTax fees) will be loaded on the same Turbo Card as your Refund Advance, typically within 21 days from IRS acceptance. You’ll be able to spend the money anywhere Visa is accepted in the U.S. This includes physical and online stores.

I will NEVER use turbo tax again, non of your customer service representatives barely can speak English and not a singal one of them have any idea what they are doing!
TURBO TAX IS USELESS AND MISLEADING
I haven’t received my card yet as well and it’s been 10 days. I want to know where it’s at? And the number you call doesn’t help at all.

Call the Turbo Visa Debit Card customer service at (888) 285-4169 to check the address they have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.
