**bleep** no wonder it just say accept mine say  something bout the stimulus being sent in a check or mail but I got their debit card why not direct deposit my money on the turbo tax prepaid card

Hey I completely understand I am currently going through similar issue of course due to COVID-19. I recently last week was able to get through to a live representative when I called the IRS. I called the number that end in 1040, I went through all the options and For hung up on because I think at this time they’re not taking all of the option calls that they are giving but I will tell you that I did get through when I said I was making a payment. I will say I was on the phone for 2hr and 43 mins and the first hour and half was to the department to take a payment and I’ll tell them I don’t have a payment to gear if I have questions about my refund and that’s what he gave me a 4 digit pin and forwarded me to A lady to assist me with finding out why my refund was still being processed and how to get it back into the system. Mine was a simple identity identification that I had to provide which only took about 15 minutes to do and they said next step would take 10-12 weeks but I should have a refund after that.  

I will say that she did inform me that at this time they are not sending out letters which they normally do to people to let them know what is the hold up and/or what are they need to provide to  finish processing their refunds.

I know what you mean! I filed my taxes Feb,05,2020 and I have not received any of it. I got my stimulas but nothing else. I got a $170 bill in the mail for filing my taxes 35 days later. I been. Checking every other day or so and it says the same thing Everytime. Why can't the IRS let me know what's going on, or if there's a problem.? No, that's to much for them. I know there's a lot to deal with right now but I get hardly any hours at work, my husband can't work because of the virus. We have three kids and $2000 behind in rent, my 3 son's need things and I can't get all I have to for them. Thank God for my landlord, if not for her we'd be on the street. I just want to know why I have not received my income tax return????

Pin??  No such thing?  I didnt get asked for any pin watch out for scammers.   Tgat website i sent you is for stimulus payment. Good luck again. It worries me now the pin may be how scanmers are interceptung peoples payments. Please let me know that didnt happen to you the site i gave answers all questions

I filed a 2019 tax return April 19th and they said it would be automatic deposited in 21 days May 21st there's no message saying it's being deposited it's every more information what does that mean

I asked him what’s the pin for and he told me that it was the last four numbers of that was issued to me on the letter that was sent out to me.

Just Google how to talk to a live person at the IRS. Make sure you follow the directions you get step by step. I was able to get through last week. On hold for 1hr 15mins, but got some answers. Mine was due to my health insurance forms not being sent because now that it's not mandatory, TT doesn't prompt you to fill them out. If you get any kind of subsidy for health insurance, you need to send the health forms. The woman was very nice and patient with me from the IRS. You are supposed to send in some kind of paper they apparently sent you, but since I never got one, she said I just need to include all my info on the cover sheet. She also said the department who processes that kind of stuff is still not back to work, so it will take up to 60 days before I get any kind of anticipated date. I filed and they accepted January 27th. Got my state back less than a week later, but still no federal. I'm not near my desk to find the paper with the steps on how to call, but when I can, I will post with the steps. Hope this helps everyone

I have the same problem as u about yr return but I did receive my stimulus. You need to contact your Congress person for your area n ask for assistance. I have someone assisting me as we speak. My congresswoman office calle n put me in contact with an advocate who's now looking into my situation.

Same here this is my 1st time dealing with them and i have never had to wait this long for my taxes and turbo took 153.00 out of my chking acct for services. Turbo should have had a section to provide your 1095 info then i never would have experienced this bs sorry but im 😡

I had the same issue but I had to send in a 2015 return. Which I sent it in so I called and talked to someone and they said they did receive it but since I sent in a paper return someone would have to put it in the system. Since no one is in the office that is why it has not been processed yet. once they get back in the office they will put the information into the system and get it processed.

I filed my taxes Feb26th and the website is saying my taxes are being processed. To date still no refund and no stimulus. It’s most frustrating because on one at the IRS are taking calls.

I filed my taxes Febuary 8, accepted on the 11th, I got my state but not my federal.
