Your company took 140$ out of my account but my taxes NEVER CAME. ITS BEEN 2 1/2 MONTHS.  Then when I called your company they told me the irs used my tax return money

I won't ever ever use TT again.  Im using taxslayer next year.  I used TT because of my sister Big Big mistake.  Filed taxes they took their fee out $140 no tax return yet $2096!!!!!!!! Im a single parent.

I filed my taxes on feb 8 and still can’t get my money I can’t see what’s the hold up because when I get my cheque every two weeks the government takes their money before I get mine that I work so hard for I’m in Florida can anyone thrive me the tax advocate number

I filed my tax return February 4th I got my state refund back by the 25th said there was a problem with my federal. I fixed the problem faced that paperwork in on March 17th said to allow 6 -8 weeks. My 8 weeks have come and gone with no check and no change when I check it. The website tell you if you paper filed it want be processed until the IRS reopens  but I refiled. I know they are still processing taxes from home because I know people who filed in April who got their Federal and stimulus on the same day. So what is the hold up on people who filed in February.  Turbo tax dudnt mind taken their money from my checking account. So I feel that turbo tax should be finding out some answers for us. They were paid for their service and they have better way of finding things out then we do.
