So did anyone that's under review received a letter or their refund yet? I'm curious cause I'm under review and been since 2/14/18 I call everyday and get the same info.

i'm still waiting on their audit response, they send me a letter 2 weeks ago saying they sorry they haven't gotten to my audit yet and that if they can't get to it by 9/04 then they'll mail me again with another date and yet i haven't gotten any letter wow by the time these people get to me it'll be next's years tax season and again they'll put me through the same bs for the same bs i have proven over and over again if these people kept records they'll get crap done faster

Well I received a form saying that my wages didnt match and they were adjusting my refund to a lesser amount and if I agreed to sign and send back but also that if I did agree I waive the requirement that a notice of claim disallowance be sent to me by certified mail to disallow the refund claimed. Also that I understand the filing of this refund is irrevocable and it will begin the 2-year period for filing suit with the United states district court of federal claims for refund of the disallowed claim. I have no clue what this means!

I've been waiting for 14 months now. Still under review. I was told the W2's didnt match I dont even know how this could happen. The information is auto populated when filing online is it not? Meanwhile they get to tack on interest while I make payments on the current years tax return.
This should be illegal to do people.
I'm livid!
Everytime I call it's another 60 days!

Well 3 letters so far many calls to irs telling me have to wait it out been 6 months going on 7 nothing yet
