Well I received a form saying that my wages didnt match and they were adjusting my refund to a lesser amount and if I agreed to sign and send back but also that if I did agree I waive the requirement that a notice of claim disallowance be sent to me by certified mail to disallow the refund claimed. Also that I understand the filing of this refund is irrevocable and it will begin the 2-year period for filing suit with the United states district court of federal claims for refund of the disallowed claim. I have no clue what this means!
