TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

TurboTax "Online" has now started up for doing 2024 taxes:
Once you log into your account, you will have to start thru a bunch of annoying 2024 taxes startup pages.
You MUST now start thru those initial 2024 startup pages first.
1) Once the selection for "Tax Home" shows up in the upper-left of the screen, click on that,
2) then scroll down the page and open "Your tax returns & documents".
3) then click on the 2023 tab and you can see what your 2023 status is :
.....3a) IF you e-filed it may show either Accepted or Rejected.
.....3b) IF it says "Printed" then TTX does not know the status...as you were supposed to print out the file data and file by mail yourself at the Post Office.
.....3c) If no status shows at all, then perhaps you never hit the "Transmit Now" button to e-file, or you didn't print a copy either, to mail in yourself.
