I am never one to be so on top of tax return money. It comes this year I am in super need of it.
I filed 1/19/23
It's 2/16/23 nothing.
Got my state deposited but that was only a few hundred and can't pay off the bills I need immediately.
I took that stupid ass loan. I never inputed my tax money should be going into a credit karma account. Now with stress I'm checking credit karma everyday and now I don't even like credit karma like once did. Nor TurboTax cause nothing turbo. Use to be. Not anymore. Don't think I will be using either company next year.

Have you received an email stating when your funds will be available?
Once accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions on accessing the funds. Check your spam folder for the email. See the TurboTax FAQ here for more information on your Refund Advance.
Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account.
For questions regarding your Refund Advance status, you will need to reach out to Credit Karma. You can contact them by clicking here.
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

OR——if you filed by mail, expect a long wait. It is taking the very backlogged IRS six to nine months to process mailed returns. Until a human opens your envelope and enters the data into the system, nothing will even show up on the refund site, so you will have to be very patient.
If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act. Do not expect your refund earlier than late February.

I was given a date 2/9/23
@Shaundew Sorry---the date TurboTax gives you is only an estimated date. The IRS is in control--not TurboTax. Your information about when your refund is being issued has to come from the IRS.
