TurboTax customer service is hard to reach ?

After file try to reach a live person.  I have so many problems on the Fed and State return and I can't get ANYONE to speak with.  The auto answers are useless.  I expected a lot more with Turbo Tax and the great marketing hype to get you to pay to do your own taxes and then when the IRS or NJ State Taxation replies in a seriously problematic and worrisome way, no one is around to SPEAK with.  I'm starting to freak and get very annoyed.  I paid for live help with either the deluxe or premium plan.  I expect service to go beyond just filling out the form.

1)  The IRS is looking for a business return.  I am an individual.  There isn't a business. 2) NJ rejected my return.  I need to speak with someone soon.  I have a mess on my hands.

@baharitaa   Did you do 2 different state returns?  State is a separate $49 each.  We can't help with billing issues in the forum.

It tells me my refund is still pending. I can't see if my refund actually went thru on credit karma because it says my deposit is off. It's difficult to get ahold of an actual person to ask questions.
