Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

That's a Bunch of BS .. TPS has had my money since 2/16 and I when I call Santa Barbara Tax . All they have been telling me for the past 5wks is IDK  You just have to wait until its  funded . But you have my money  why should I have to wait . I have already contacted the Better Business bureau, and My next will be the California Finance . This is insane . I write email after email to them and I get no response . I have asked for a supervisor  to contact me and I still haven't gotten a phone call back and its been  3 days now .  Most insane thing I have ever been through

How long did it take to get your check I'm on week 4 of waiting and getting so irritated. I have contacted the irs who said if I don't receive it soon they will put it in as stolen. Which is great cuz I can show where the money went to.

NOBODY  seems to know where my money is😤 IRS tells me to call my preparer,  and then I'm told to call some bank in California,  I'm beyond angry 😰😤

 the bank of santa barbara was supposed to deposit my return on the 5th, they messed it up, it shows the money has been funded and I have been waiting on anything to happen since the 5th and nothing, I have talked to turbotax and they say it isnt their problem and basically go kick rocks cuz we got paid.
 it also shows that TBN or whoever took an additional 177 dollars of my refund to send me a check. The check hasn't been cashed according to turbotaxes partner in crime but I have seen nothing and its now the 26th of the month.
 I call TBN and they say it is turbo tax I need to talk to, I call the IRS and they say they gave Intuit and TBN the money, I call turbo tax and they say that they got their money and my premium package doesn't cover JACK

I got the same thing, my bank account has been in good standing for 20 years and I have used turbo tax for a long time... for some reason TBN says that they sent it but it went back and now they charged me 177$ for a check that was mailed on the 8th but turbo tax doesnt know anything and my premium package isn't worth anything. No money, No reason, No service from anyone. Me like a lot of other people will not be using this service again.
 I basically just lost 25k because of turbotax, thanks guys for choosing a bank that is probably an underground criminal operation.
 there is no such think in any registered FDIC banking that goes back to that bank.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

Mine was released Feb 9th to my bank then bounced back then I was told by IRS that TPG had my money. Then after speaking with them each time they've said that my refund has been issued by a check. And now they are ignoring all my emails and won't tell me anything further after saying they'd reissue a new check. Almost 2 months I've been doing this.

Big lawsuit coming for both companies. I've been waiting over a month for my refund which the irs sent on 2/23. It is now about to be April and I still have nothing and it is impossible to speak to anyone. I've already been talking to a lawyer who states this is a form of fraud.

This is so ridiculous,  why is the IRS providing me with an account number and routing number that is not my bank information saying that turbo tax removed my information and put my money in this account. Yet when you get a hold to someone from this bank they are saying they don't have it ? I want my money and i will NEVER be using turbotax again . I will also being publicly encouraging people i know not to as well . Horrible Horrible Horrible

I agree 👍  same here i would rather pay the extra to make sure none of this fraudulent mess is going on . and im disgusted by the fact that all of these so called Experts just keep pasting responses as if their customers are not important enough to be responded to with some authenticity behind it .
