Turbo says "We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again." for any card. Help?

For fee payment, we can only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards with a U.S. billing address. Another option is to pay your fees with your federal refund, also known as Pay With My Refund (charges may apply). The billing address for your credit card must be the same as the mailing address on your tax return.

Turbo says "We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again." for any card. Help?

This does not work. I tried to pay with my refund and it said this payment method was not available even though I have a $15,000 refund. I then tried 3 different credit card and got this message. WHat is going on????

Please follow the instructions here to contact customer service so they can assist you in paying your Turbo Tax fees.

Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding  How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.

Does the billing address on your credit card and the mailing address on your tax return match? If they don't you will get an error for paying with a credit card.
