Is there a contact email for billing? My card was charged three times(!) for audit defense and my state efiling fee!! So aggravated. Plus desktop turbotax said it was $20 for state filing and was charged $25 (plus tax). Long time user and never had these issues before.

Ok ... so you bought the downloaded program (1) then added the audit defense option (2) and finally efiled the state return(3) thus your CC was charged 3 times ... each one you agreed to when you clicked on the payment button.
The state efile fee goes up from $20 to $25 starting March 1 so if you did not pay the fee prior to the increase in fee you must pay the current rate ... going forward pay for the efiling fee prior to 3/1.
As to the add on product of the audit defense you choose to buy once purchased it cannot be refunded.
And....when you use the CD/download software, you can avoid the state e-filing fee altogether if you print and mail the state return instead of e-filing the state.

Sorry I wasn't clearer in my original message.
Intuit billed me three times $25 for the state efiling fee.
Intuit billed me three times $45 for the audit defense fee.
Also, where does it say state efiling goes from $20 to $25? In my downloaded turbotax it says $20 before it sends me online to pay.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

@zeke2018 how many tax returns did you submit? if you completed tax returns for 3 people and then efiled each return, then the charges are correct. The charges are per tax return and not per software license purchased.
I really appreciate everyone's replies here but flummoxed that no one understands how double (triple) billing can occur.
I submitted ONE tax return. In turn I was charged three times for audit defense and three times for the state efiling fee. This is the billing error. I always thought it was wonky to go from desktop to the web app to pay for things then back to the desktop and clearly some issue happened here. Will call support tomorrow. Thanks.
