Form 2555, line 26 refers to your total foreign earned income.
If you are filing Form 2555 because you had foreign earned income and think that you may be able to exclude it, you should review this section carefully, rather than trying to fix it in review:
if you do not have Foreign Earned Income, or you don't qualify to exclude it, you need to delete the form from your return in order to file.
After you review the section, the program may tell you that you don't qualify. If you get that message, go along with the option to delete it.
After hitting the Wages/Income tab to edit my W-2 form, they only allow me to change box 1/2, and nothing else. By hitting 'continue' takes me out of that specific form and I am unable to get to place where they ask me to 'fix' (there are no errors!!!!! I have checked multiple times!!), and asking to print the thing to file by mail = it's not allowing me that option either.
May I ask what I can do regarding this issue?
I DO have Foreign income.
It is a good idea to first clear your cache and cookies - which means removing all of the temporary programs that can gum up your web browser. If that doesn't work, try using a different web browser.

You are probably better off having someone walk through the return with you to look at your entries so I recommend getting live expert help.

However, that requires upgrading your product which may be an expense you don't want. In that case you can call an expert and ask questions over the phone.
