I filed my taxes a week or so ago, and I got an email on the 26th saying both federal and state were accepted. But today I get an email saying my state e-file was rejected with code OH-PIT-009.
I go to my account to fix the issue and refile, only to be brought to a screen saying both my federal and state taxes were accepted.
I have no idea where I am going wrong, and any attempt to use the digital assistant leads me to it saying it can't understand what my problem is. Can someone please help me with this?

Were you able to solve your issue? Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.

In prior years, any "Free" users can't connect to actual people on the phone support site.
Don't know if they changed it this year or not.
