I've continuous try to file my taxes online and I am told it is being rejected several times now and I prepared them correctly what is wrong?

You should have received an email from turbotax@intuit.com with the subject line Action Needed. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you did not receive an email it's okay, just reopen your return and you will see the reason it was rejected and steps to follow there.

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

My Taxes have been rejected NINE times and we keep sending back the same thing, AGI for 2018.
Why can't I send something else? We are getting nowhere submitting the same thing over and over.
