I have submitted my efile 3 times and it keeps being rejected saying the previous year AGI is incorrect but it is not. I have used turbo tax for years and never had this problem. What do I do now?

When did you file 2018? If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI. And see, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejections/help/what-if-i-entered-the-correct-agi-and-i-m-still-getting-an-e-file-reject/00/27031

If your spouse died during 2019 there is a problem efiling and you will have to mail your return

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

    For AGI Reject code 031

Thank you for the responses, my husband passed away last year which I noted on Turbo Tax but no where does it tell you that you can not efile if your spouse died.  I have mailed my taxes in.  TurboTax needs to provide the information that if your spouse has passed away you must mail in your forms, instead of letting you continue to try and efile.  Thankful this community knew what needed to be done.
