My refund amount is incorrect. It seems that line 26 of my 1040 was dropped from the submission to the refund processing. It is showing on my transcript on IRS.GOV, but the refund amount was reduced by the line 26 amount.

If the IRS disagrees that you made estimated payments or applied the 2019 refund to the 2020 return then they will "drop" them from your refund. In a couple of weeks you will get an IRS letter and if you disagree with their conclusions you can follow the directions to prove you are correct.
What did you enter on line 26? Estimate payments or a refund from 2019? Did they change or keep your 2019 refund so there wasn't any left to apply to 2020?
Do you have proof you sent in the amount on line 26? Like bank statements?
