Worth it to amend CA tax return after forgetting to report HSA interest earned?

I forgot to report the interest earned on my HSA of $24 on my CA state taxes. I did some calculation and it seems like I owe $10 to the state.  Would it be worth the effort to amend my state taxes? I just want to make sure I don't get into trouble during an audit or pay additional fees/fines.

Nevermind. I decided I'll amend it.

TurboTax will not have amend available until the IRS releases the 2020 Form 1040X.  We anticipate that to be available in mid to late March.  Amending can help you to avoid any penalties or late fees.

Ok, thanks. Is this why I keep getting an error on the last step saying "hmm, I hit a slight snag..."?

Also, the changes I will need to make affect the CA state tax forms. I would still need to submit an amend form at the federal level even though there are no changes?

You can amend your state return without filing an amendment for your federal. Please see I need to amend my state return for instructions.
