It means your tax return is processed and you will get a date soon. Should get your refund in a week.

So if the blue bar on TT is completely finished under your accepted date then the IRS have a DDD?

Once your return has been accepted (received) by the government, they take over the refund status update duties, since they hold the purse strings. The status in TurboTax will remain as accepted. It will not update because we do not get updates from the IRS. Use the IRS Where's My Refund site for the latest word on your federal tax refund.

When I ordered a copy of my transcripts it haven me the refund amount and refund date. Now let’s see if the funds hit my account on the day.

Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit funds into your account.

"We have gotten many comments and messages regarding the IRS Where’s My Refund Tool having your orange status bar disappearing. This has to do with the irs.gov where’s my refund site having too much traffic and lagging. This is causing images not to display and information about your federal tax return to not show up. This has happened every year since the tool was first available. This has nothing to do with you being flagged or your return being denied. Status Bars Disappeared for many Americans who filed early. This also can have to do with your browser settings as well as your cache. Please try using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox. Also, clear your cache in your browser settings."

Have you received urs yet mine still saying processing and I filed 1/27 and was accepted 1/27

The IRS website says “received and being processed” and Turbo Tax says “accepted.” I’ve called IRS and cannot speak to a live person. Called TurboTax and they said it’s 21 working days and people with EIC or child-tax credits are delayed in getting refund but no explanation why.
