Mine says the exact same!! I filed 1 month ago. And up until yesterday I was able to check my status but last night it said over and over again that I’ve entered my information correctly. I’m glad I got on here to see that I’m not the only one but it’s frustrating that they don’t give a reason why they’ve made that status. With all the fraud going around, seeing that status makes me think a number of things, 1 being maybe someone stole my information. I’m afraid though that this status may mean that my refund amount has changed. My friend said she was told she was getting back $1600 and then she got that status of “putting information in correctly”. A few days later she only got back $600. I pray that’s not the case. Does anyone else have any insight on this?
Mine did that too. It was showing processed until last night 2/16. Then it changed to “doesn’t match the information” and is still saying that this morning 2/17
WMR shows my refund was accepted 1/29/20 I received the path and now it say wrong information what does this mean
I filed my taxes on the 22nd of jan and i recieved the emails saying it was accepted and i checked on this pass fri and it finally said it was being processed and now on today i go on there and its telling me my information is incorrect how is this possible all of a sudde and i been putting in my information since the 29th of January. I need answers
That message is common when your return is between places in the processing ... just check again tomorrow and don't worry.
It is possible that Where's My Refund? may be overwhelmed. Call the WMR automated hotline instead: 1-800-829-1954.
I filed through Jackson Hewitt too and am having this exact issue. I filed on 2/2 and it was accepting, the IRS tracking said processing every day up until today. Now it says information does not match.
What ended up happening fo you?
I got the same message today after getting the accepted message on Jan 31 and have already received my state on Feb 14th... so I called the irs 800 number and they said that it is still being processed
Please see the information below for assistance:
I’ve been able to check my refund status up everyday for the past 2 weeks up until yesterday and now it says my information doesn’t match and I’ve been typing in the same information as I’ve been doing for the past 2 weeks.
This is normal. TurboTax updates what stage your return is in and the IRS site updates when you can expect your refund:
Once your tax return has been submitted, the most up to date information will come from the IRS.
It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund? tool for updates.

Everytime I try to check the status of my refund IRS2GO and the IRS website keeps telling me my information is wrong. I put my social security number, my filing status and my refund amount (my state has no state income tax) in their respected fields but it says my info is incorrect..
The IRS states:
WHERE’S MY REFUND STATUS BARS DISAPPEARED
"We have gotten many comments and messages regarding the IRS Where’s My Refund Tool having your orange status bar disappearing. This has to do with the irs.gov where’s my refund site having too much traffic and lagging. This is causing images not to display and information about your federal tax return to not show up. This has happened every year since the tool was first available. This has nothing to do with you being flagged or your return being denied. Status Bars Disappeared for many Americans who filed early.
This also can have to do with your browser settings as well as your cache. Please try using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox. Also, clear your cache in your browser settings."
When checking on the status of your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund (WMR) site, you may get the message: We cannot provide any information about your refund. You must wait at least 24 hours after you get the acknowledgment e-mail that your tax return was received by the IRS.
You might receive this message because:

Did anyone figured it out???
Hey did you figure out what was going on ? I'm going through the same thing with my refund. For 2 weeks said it was been processed now it says information does not match.
