I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR LAST YEAR
Do you know if your 2018 return was accepted? What did your emails say after you filed?
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
Check your account for 2018. If it says anything other than "accepted" your return was not filed. Either it was rejected and you did not notice and/or follow up, or it was never filed at all.
If you chose to file by mail, you had to mail it yourself. TurboTax does not mail it for you.
If it was not filed, then print, sign and mail it now.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?
Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

@Dgattis6764 You have not provided us with any information. We do not know when or how you filed your 2018 return, or even IF you filed it. You have been given several replies that could help you track down your 2018 refund.
If you want some help---tell us when you filed 2018, how you filed it--e-file or by mail--and what steps you have taken so far to track it down.

MAILED RETURNS
Per the IRS website IRS Operations During COVID-19: Mission-critical functions continue: The IRS is not currently able to process individual paper tax returns. If you already have filed via paper but it has not yet been processed, do not file a second tax return or write to the IRS to inquire about the status of your return or your economic impact payment. Paper returns will be processed once processing centers are able to reopen.
If you mail a tax return (or a payment) to the IRS, it is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it like UPS or certified mail so you will know it was received.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.
TurboTax will not know anything about your mailed return, and will continue to show “Ready to Mail” on your account. TurboTax will not know that you put your tax return in an envelope and took it to a mailbox. TurboTax does not get updates on mailed (or e-filed) returns.
When the IRS finally opens its mail and begins to process mailed returns you can check the status on the IRS site. https://www.irs.gov/refunds
State returns have to be mailed to the state.

Where is my refund for 2018 an 2019
@Dgattis6764 That was two years ago. So it sounds like you filed your 2018 return very early---well before the date that the IRS was accepting 2018 returns at the end of January in 2019. Have you ever called the IRS about it? What does your account say? Does it say "accepted?" for that tax return? Or does it say something else--like "rejected," "printed," or "ready to mail?" If it says anything other than accepted, the 2018 return was not filed successfully If that is the case, then you need to print it, sign it, and mail it in to file it. It cannot be e-filed. If it does say "accepted" --- then only the IRS can tell you what happened.
