Same thing happened to me and it was THEIR fault there was delay. Won't be using them any longer not will my family
It's been over six weeks since I applied. But nothing. Nothing has changed and it continues to say it's been received but not processed or sent. So what do I do now? I know I qualify so what's wrong? Am I still getting my stimulus check?
Let me throw this out there I haven't used Turbo tax they suck I've used a local tax preparer and my fees were taken out my federal refund and mine was e filed Feb 5 and received on March 16 which was put on a Walmart pre paid card and at first my stimulus money was deposited to a account number that had the last four numbers as my social security number so the get my payment app kept saying it was deposited to that account number that was actually the last four digits of my social security number that was frustrating then 2 weeks after that the get my payment app said my stimulus check will be mailed on 5/1/20 and I actually got it on 5/2/20 so if it says your stimulus check us being mailed on a certain date that date or the day after is the date you should get it and I live in Alabama so it's coming yall

Yea,I got charged last year,they were actually was suppose you refer you to intuit app for free tax preparation. I got help from a very nice lady from turbo tax. If I could remember it I would tell you the name of the app.
I got a email from TurboTax saying they are going to take their money in a couple weeks. I never got my refund or stimulus everything says still processing

If you have a hardship and can't pay it now, you have the option to arrange for a deferment, but you must act quickly and phone the number I give you below during business hours.
If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if your Federal refund has been delayed unusually long at the IRS (or if it's been reduced), TurboTax will want to be paid. They likely started sending you emailed bills to pay. If you don't respond by either paying or asking for a deferment, they will ultimately debit your bank account. If you wish to ask for a deferment, you need to do so quickly.
See this FAQ that explains the process. The first paragraph of the FAQ has a special phone number if you have a question or have a hardship and need to ask for a deferment.

If you need to ask for a deferment, you should call them as soon as possible. Once they actually start the debit process, they say they can't stop it.

The first paragraph there says:
If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.
If for some reason you can't reach Support with that phone number in the FAQ, there may be one in your emailed bill. Otherwise, here's an alternate way to reach them, but try the one mentioned above first.

I got my STIMULUS CHECK!! I FILED MY TAXES APRIL 15TH STILLLLL processing ..i filled out that non filers form..But on my return i had direct deposit info..i was trying to cover all my bases just in case...My **bleep** was sent to my okd address.off my 2018 taxes..so glad New Tenants reached out thru fb.that refund STILL PROCESSING
Same here. I rmsoled the President of Intuit. His office called me the next day and told me they were going to temporarily suspended the auto-withdrawal until after my refund is received. You can call TT customer service and they will defer the payment for 10 days. But I suggest going to the top ASAP. I googled President or CEO of Intuit and got a link which led to the company hierarchy with email addresses and phone, I think phone numbers. But 100% email addresses. When they called I told her what happened, like in my email. She said TT would contact the support people I spoke with and contact the software engineers about the "glitch." I doubt they're going to fix that error or cash cow but at least they called and suspended my auto-withdrawal. Good Luck. Emails & phone numbers get deleted from this thread immediately.
Yeah I've used Turbo Tax 4yr now, never had a problem before...till this year
On the internet & the IRS still hasn't deposited my money into my bank account...I login into the IRS website & it says still pending a date... The IRS needs a chat tool so people could get answers
It says you have no privacy while on the website... they can track you, listen & record audio, and All kinds of scanless sh!t
What number did you use because it keeps saying not taking calls
Still waiting for refund on taxes still havet recieved stim.
Mine says the process was completed but I need to call Irs at ext 362 and give them error code 1121. Can't call to find out what this means
