Same here. I rmsoled the President of Intuit. His office called me the next day and told me they were going to temporarily suspended the auto-withdrawal until after my refund is received. You can call TT customer service and they will defer the payment for 10 days. But I suggest going to the top ASAP. I googled President or CEO of Intuit and got a link which led to the company hierarchy with email addresses and phone, I think phone numbers. But 100% email addresses. When they called I told her what happened, like in my email. She said TT would contact the support people I spoke with and contact the software engineers about the "glitch." I doubt they're going to fix that error or cash cow but at least they called and suspended my auto-withdrawal. Good Luck. Emails & phone numbers get deleted from this thread immediately.
