What can be done with the letter 6475 not matching the amount generated in the tax software and what was actually received?

You are filing a joint return.   You cannot also list her as a dependent.  It cannot be both.   You never list a spouse under "dependents."   You just file a joint return.   You are confusing the fact that you support her with what you actually put on a tax return.   Do not enter your spouse's name under dependent on a tax return.   You enter her information once---as a spouse.

Use the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review.   If you get the $1400 it will show up on line 30.

Is the Letter 6475 on the TurboTax page? Instead of getting it from the IRS page? If so I'll use turbo tax

TurboTax does not have a copy of your letter.

After the third stimulus payment went out last year a 1444-C notice was mailed that had the amount paid on the stimulus payment ... it told you to keep it for your taxes.   Although the IRS said they would be mailing out the new 6475 letter in January  I have yet to see one.   So you can use the amount actually deposited in your account if you cannot find either notice  OR   log into your account at the IRS to get that information.    If you simply say you did not get the payment on your return then the IRS will look for you and adjust the bottom line accordingly.    https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account

I finally got on the IRS website and the Letter 6475 is not available.... So anything I can do. Or jus need to wait for it?

What can be done with the letter 6475 not matching the amount generated in the tax software and what was actually received?

If you know for certain how much you got on the third stimulus payment then you don't need the IRS letter to give you that amount ... simply enter it in the program and continue.

For my wife to get her stimulus?

What can be done with the letter 6475 not matching the amount generated in the tax software and what was actually received?

If the third stimulus was not received in advance then you will enter no payment received in the program and the missing amount will simply be reflected on the form 1040 line 30 ... the program takes care of it automatically if you are eligible for the credit.

What can be done with the letter 6475 not matching the amount generated in the tax software and what was actually received?

If you are filing married jointly, you will enter the amount that you both received into TurboTax as one number. If you are filing married filing separately, you will each enter your portion on your own return.

Critter-3 is correct above. You can take the amount from Letter 6475, from your IRS website account, or if your banking records show the exact amount you may just enter that number. The IRS knows what it sent to you.
