Turbotax 2024 will not print: STILL NOT SOLVED AT 2/2/25

Having the same problem....prior to transmitting, TT asks if I want to print my return, I do but it does not print!

My HP printer works fine on all my other (non-TT) apps.

It's time TT got serious on this issue and corrected the problem

I am having same problem as the rest of you. Tried all the tricks. UpdatedTurbo Tax Today---Still is not working.

When I tried to print a brief message came up "Try using Adobe Acrobat ,  some users are having issues printing"

Their explanation of a fix is not the answer to their issues!!!! Never ever have I had such a problem with them.

Its a program glitch they better fix!!!!!

Does TT acknowledge the problem?  If so, any idea if they're attempting to fix it?

Been using TT for 20+ years, from my experience this is so unlike them!

Thank, saving to PDF worked. Still wonder why no one at the office could help anyone figure this out? And why make it so hard.

Having the same problem on my iMac . You go to file print and then it pops up what forms and when you say ok it looks like it going to print but the screen pops up and it quickly disappears. Doesn’t work. I did the pdf but what a pain. I don’t understand why it doesn’t work. Did anyone for TurboTax ever resolved it?

I have seen no evidence of a fix from TT.

I am grateful that another seasoned user provided clear workaround directions so we can print a pdf.

Others have mentioned switching to the H&R Block software.  If not for the help of other users, I would have been forced to find an alternative to TT this year, just to get the job done.

Being new to this site, how do we collectively get the attention of TT staff to correct this issue?  This certainly appears from the responses to be much more than an isolated issue for just one or two users.

Just had the same issue myself this morning. Upgraded to Premier from Deluxe this year and it is the first time I was not able to Print my returns nor Save them to PDF. Am hoping that they solve this problem soon.

Whenever I try to print I get the circling motion during attempt to print and then it aborts. Have tried multiple times. Even restarted my Mac and tried again with no luck.

Did receive notification that my return was accepted by IRS within 15 minutes of filing electronically. State filing indicates it will take 24 to 48 hours before I will receive notification in Illinois.

Thank you maukro! This convoluted workaround ACTUALLY WORKED! I now have the PDF of all the forms. That said, I hesitate to submit my taxes until Intuit fixes this problem. Not totally confident that there are no other gremlins hiding which might cause errors in the submitted return.

2/8/25 -I am having the same issue. Cannot save to PF or print. Turbotax tech support could not resolve. Hoping the next update will fix the problem. I may have to resort to "print screen" one document at a time.

Very frustrating having been a turbotax user for over 10 years. and nver hd any issues. Probably switch to Tax Act next year.

So glad the work-around worked for you, too! FYI, I submitted my taxes without any problem after encountering (and working around) my Print problem. The submission process for me was all normal-normal.

I'm having the same issue as of 2/9/25. I cannot "print required forms" that I'm supposed to mail in and I cannot print my return either...
