Thank you maukro! This convoluted workaround ACTUALLY WORKED! I now have the PDF of all the forms. That said, I hesitate to submit my taxes until Intuit fixes this problem. Not totally confident that there are no other gremlins hiding which might cause errors in the submitted return.
