Turbo Tax checked the wrong box on my Form 8283. It never asked me the question. I need to change it, but I cannot find out how to access this form.

Turbo Tax checked the wrong box on my Form 8283. It never asked me the question. I need to change it, but I cannot find out how to access this form.
