Trying to print State return but the d/l version doesn't have the summary sheet I recall it having when originally completed. Where can I get that cover sheet?

My browser crashed when I filed my taxes and was presented with the print screen.  Usually there's a front page that you can print out with more information, to include where to mail it to and a summary of my taxes, etc.  I can download my taxes from the website but it seems to be missing that detail.  How can I get to that sheet that I recall was there in previous years when you first complete your taxes?

With TurboTax download, switching to Forms mode should reveal all your tax forms including the cover sheet with filing instructions and the Return Summary sheet.  Are you saying you don't see the missing pages in Forms mode?

You say you can download your taxes?  Sounds like you are using the Online version and not the Desktop downloaded program.
