@MoniqueLO_ yall hired them! Yall reach out to them to fix this!!! Turbo tax will have a mass customer leave since everyone of YOUR customers are affected and stole from. You stole $1368 from me. Turbo tax is guilty. Do your job and fix it! Don't give us a stupid link to TPG who we did not hire or do business with! This is your people you hired! You fix it!!
We also didn't get a full refund. Can you please contact us as well. This is outrageous
Hello I had a similar situation. My husband and I chose to have our tax preparation fees taken from our refund. Irs sent it to our checking account 03/09. Waited 3-5 business days nothing. Checked the TPG Santa Barbara bank page, no update showed “unfounded” with no status. Checked everyday called turbo tax and Santa Barbara no clear answers. Just waited it out and was at the point of issuing a refund trace, then it deposited 3 weeks later. Hope this helps someone.
My story:
Refund was sent from the IRS (TPG Bank) to my RushCard on 3/2/22. RushCard sent it back on 3/3/22, said my name didn’t match my return. I started calling TPG Bank on 3/8/22 to find the status. Kept getting the same script from different reps every day I called. I literally called every day and was told “We send checks out in batches on Wednesday and Friday. Call back after those days.” I finally got a rep that told me my check was getting cut that night on 3/18/22. I kept calling because I wasn’t just gonna believe that. I finally got some one that gave me an email to the “supervisor” cssupportatgreendotcorpdotcom. I emailed them on 3/19/22. On 3/24/22 I received a response saying that they would issue a stop payment and that I needed to sign an indemnity bond to get a new check being that it had seemed to be lost in the mail. It had to be notarized, so I had to wait to take it to a notary. Before I got it notarized, the check arrived on 3/28/22. I deposited it to my bank on 3/29/22 and it posted today 3/30/22.
I did email the supervisor 3 or 4 times before they sent the indemnity bond. I saw that the rep was correct, my check was cut on 3/18/22. I’m not sure what will be a sure fire way to get help or your money but try the email. I will not file with TurboTax again and I also do not recommend RushCard. They gave me a hard time as well. I hope everyone gets their money quickly. This is crazy. I have never experienced something like this.

TPG has fraudulently took $3,619 of my federal refund and refuse to give it back. I’ve contacted them a dozen times and they have blocked my number and email address.
TPG are blaming it on the IRS but I spoke with a manager from IRS and that statement is false. TPG also tried to say it was my bank’s fault, in which they confirmed TPG intercepted the entire refund amount.
I’ve called TurboTax to only be left on hold. Next steps will be legal action. As of March 31,2022 my $3,619 is still MISSING
A lot of money sure is disappearing into the hands of TPG. The IRS needs to stop sending them the refunds. 11,778.00 is how much they stole from my daughter. We have filed complaints with the FTC. I would suggest everyone missing money to do the same.

Yeah I only received $519 of my $2100 federal return what's going on here? Are we getting scammed I never had this problem before been using TT for about 5-6 years....... Should we get a lawsuit going?
Waiting on that email. I filed 1/24/22 and TPG shorted me $2070.08 in February (weeks after the expected irs deposit date.) Never had a problem with TT before - after nearly a decade of filing with them online. Refund deposits came from the irs in years prior - this is the first time a third party accessed my funds and my bank information. Counting on TurboTax to do the right thing here and refund our stolen money.

I'm going through the same thing here but [phone number removed] I called on hold 2hrs hit 1for call back and I filled complaint with BBB AND FEDERAL RESERVE CONSUMER HELP THEY ARE OVER MOST OF THE BANKS AND SEES THAT CONSUMER ARE DONE RIGHT. MY REFUND HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED THRU IRS AND THE IRS HAS RELEASED IT NOW ITS TPG TO DO WHAT THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO DO WITH IT AND MY DIRECT DEPOSIT INFO MISSED 1DIGIT I INFORMED THEM BEFORE MY REFUND WAS DEPOSIT TO THEM THEY DON'T TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT MY ACCOUNT SAYS IT IS FLAGGED BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW A FLAG OR A REASON TO HAVE A FLAG. I have had the same issue since February.
My Direct Deposit was unable to be processed and the TPG bank has been unable to release my funds to me.
They have only responded via email to my queries and still do not offer tracking or confirmed release dates of mailed checks.
Update: Happy to say I finally received my refund from TPG on 03/31/2022; 30 days after TPG received the funds from the IRS. There was no letter in with the check explaining what the hold up was, explaining why they took additional money out of my refund or apologizing for the inconvenience that this cause so many people so for that, I will not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever use their services again. The lack of communication from this company is utterly ridiculous. If there is a something internal going on with a company's system that is holding them up from fulfilling their duties/promises to their customers, they should immediately convey that to their customers. The customers shouldn't have to call multiple times, wait on hold for hours each time they call only to be given misinformation or a complete run around and no clear understanding when they can expect their funds. #happybutnothappy

I looked into this issue also since our refund on our tax form shows xxxx.xx digits but the IRS dropped a digit before the decimal stating that's what our refund showed and my copy does not show that? Could also be turbo tax's software messed us over. I also cant get a print out of my tax refund from the IRS. I keep getting access denied. Any idea's, Inform IG on IRS? Or class action on turbo tax or is it a government scam?
