Have you factored in the TurboTax account fees and the TPG service charge of $39?

I am REALLY upset! I ONLY received less than a third of my refund. TPG is still holding more than $4000 of my money. You cannot contact them. You cannot speak with a representative. This is fraudulent! The IRS has released my money and they have taken it! PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS TO BE A LAW SUIT!!! I really need this money for bills and school.  Do unto others as you will have them do unto YOU! If you take our money, the Lord will take yours too….ALL OF IT! I want my money!

I was just issued a return of only $413 which is over $700 short of my return the IRS says was deposited! Who is tpg and why are they stealing my money and how do I get it!? I've filled with turbo tax for over a decade and always had filing fees taken out, but have dealt with this company!! I need answers

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
