My story:

Refund was sent from the IRS (TPG Bank) to my RushCard on 3/2/22. RushCard sent it back on 3/3/22, said my name didn’t match my return. I started calling TPG Bank on 3/8/22 to find the status. Kept getting the same script from different reps every day I called. I literally called every day and was told “We send checks out in batches on Wednesday and Friday. Call back after those days.” I finally got a rep that told me my check was getting cut that night on 3/18/22. I kept calling because I wasn’t just gonna believe that. I finally got some one that gave me an email to the “supervisor” cssupportatgreendotcorpdotcom. I emailed them on 3/19/22. On 3/24/22 I received a response saying that they would issue a stop payment and that I needed to sign an indemnity bond to get a new check being that it had seemed to be lost in the mail. It had to be notarized, so I had to wait to take it to a notary. Before I got it notarized, the check arrived on 3/28/22. I deposited it to my bank on 3/29/22 and it posted today 3/30/22. 
I did email the supervisor 3 or 4 times before they sent the indemnity bond. I saw that the rep was correct, my check was cut on 3/18/22. I’m not sure what will be a sure fire way to get help or your money but try the email. I will not file with TurboTax again and I also do not recommend RushCard. They gave me a hard time as well. I hope everyone gets their money quickly. This is crazy. I have never experienced something like this.
