I’m in the same boat right now. Have you found out anything? This is making me very nervous.
Well this is my last year using TT caused i used them last year and they had my forms messed up saying i didn't get my stimulus but i did so the irs pulled my return then the state su forms wasn't ready so they state pulled my return as well and guess what they did this year too for my unemployment information
Why i can't print my state return if it was accepted it still say do not efile is this why my return has been pulled for review i need to know
Why can't i print my state return it just let me preview but it has been accepted and it says do not efile like this is crazy
Yes my state return has finally been accepted and still i can't download it it only lets me preview then on top of that on all the papers it says do not e file or copy or print what is this mess about now cause my state has pulled my return for review on a missing documents
The return cannot be printed as there needs to be more formatting done. It can be e-filed as the formatting is already done through digital copy. You will need to contact your state department of taxation if your return has been pulled by the state. @mariongraywagner
I did but why can't i print my return it has already been accepted by the state
May I ask which TurboTax product are you using, as well as, are you using Windows or a Mac?

Yeah, how about addressing all of the posts about returns being rejected because of AGI issues. Seems to me it's a problem with Turbo Tax seeing as how the IRS doesn't see the amounts entered.
Why would you need 2 screens asking for the AGI? It's a joint return. Why does it need to ask for the AGI for me and also for my husband? It should only ask for it once! Maybe that's part of the problem.
It needs to ask for each AGI. Maybe they just got married in 2021 and each filed Single in 2020 so the have different AGI.
not accepted because a zipcode is not a mailable
Instead of previewing it, have you tried saving it as a PDF? Before clicking the "Save as a PDF" button, make sure you scroll down to where you state return is and click on it so the system will save it. If you just checkmark the return on top (Federal) and don't scroll down to checkmark the return at the botton (State), it will only save the Federal one. Then go to where you saved the files and print from there.
In my state, they don't like you to mail your return in or file electronically if it's not on their own website. So, every year, I have Turbo Tax calculate it all and then I save the file to my PC and go back in and print it. Then I use the printout to file on the States website.
No, been married over 20 years and have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years.
