I chose to receive my tax refund by turbo tax card, but they rejected my refund at first and when I did it again it got accepted but never was asked again how I would choose to be receiving it. How can I found out how I will be receiving my tax refund, by direct deposit, mail or card?

What do you mean when you say "I did it again?" If you just made a correction to the return that allowed it to be e-filed successfully after the rejection, then your original choice for how to receive your refund is the same. It would only change if YOU changed it.
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
To track your state refund:

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

How to see the refund method
If there is a problem sending your refund the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return.
